«DOWN THE CUTTER» HEAVYCOTTON PEACH HOODIE

Despite its apparent simplicity, this hoodie is the very last item released in the Nosebleed collection - and there's a reason for that. It's the true essence of accumulated experience and meticulous attention to detail. Searching and perfecting the fabric, adjusting patterns for increased density, and working on application took several months of continuous effort and numerous prototypes. We've transferred the peach effect from the "Propaine" T-shirts to a 460 g/m² French terry - it's, without exaggeration, the softest knit fabric we've ever touched - no one has ever done this before. The bold print on the chest is a combination of plastisol and water-based ink printing. This provides both vibrant white color and durability. By using a minimal number of colors while preserving detail, the print can be made minimal in thickness to feel seamless with the fabric. Achieving this requires a perfect symbiosis between the artist's work and the technician's skills. It's worth noting that achieving such a result with our favorite discharge screen printing is impossible - the technology doesn't allow for pure white or bright shades. Additionally, all seams are stitched with double topstitching, creating an interesting distress effect and straightening the dense fabric for a perfect fit. Due to the high cost and complexity of sourcing this fabric, the hoodie's production run is half the usual quantity.
