1. Shipping

1.1 Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is carried out by EMS Russian Post, the cost will be calculated at the checkout when you place an order.

Processing and shipping of an order usually takes 1-2 business days.
You will receive a letter containing detailed information and the tracking number of your order after your order is shipped. If for some reason you didn’t receive an email or can’t check your messages, you can login to your account and check your order status. Usually shipments arrive within a few weeks or even less, but it’s difficult to provide a more accurate timeframe as it’s in custody of the shipping carrier. If your shipment does not arrive after a few weeks, simply contact us with your order number. We will review reports of lost shipments on a case-by-case basis.

1.2 Shipping within Moscow region

  • Courier delivery to your door within MKAD — 600 rubles.
  • Courier delivery to your door outside MKAD (up to 15km) — 800 rubles.

We do our best to deliver orders on the same day they are placed, however, depending on the workload, delivery time may be extended up to 3 days. After placing an order, you will be contacted by our manager to specify a convenient date and time for delivery.

1.3 Shipping within Russian Federation

Shipping is carried out by EMS Russian Post, the cost will be calculated when placing the order.


2. Payment

2.1 Payment for international orders

For worldwide orders, we accept payments via PayPal.

All options provided below apply only to orders within Russian Federation.

2.2 Cash payment

Applies only to orders with courier delivery within Moscow region and is made upon receipt of the order.

2.3 Cashless Payment

We accept PayPal and Sberbank Online.

Detailed instructions on payment will be indicated when placing the order.

Attention! When paying through Sberbank, you must specify the order number in the comment to the transfer, otherwise the payment may not be displayed in the system. If you don’t have such option, please, contact us via email to proceed the order manually.


3. Defective items

If you feel that you have received a factory damaged product, please contact us to review the issue. You can find contact information on the «About» page.


4. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final, after a chek out there will be no returns or exchanges, except P.3. To avoid any mistakes when choosing your size, check our sizing chart at the product page.


5. Tracking

You can check your orders status or tracking number in your account after logging in.

Also, confirmation of an order, changes of its status and tracking number will be sent to your email.


6. Photos on the website

We provide ONLY real photos of our clothes. However, color, hue and some little details may slightly differ. This happens due to the different color rendition on various monitors and screens, as well as the choice of size.


8. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not been shipped out yet, we can update your shipping address. To do so, you need to contact customer service (check «About» page) and provide us with you order number.
